SAY CHEESE will be bringing samples of at least
seven different local cheeses for people to try and buy.

Cow, sheep and goat, hard soft and blue will all be there.

Local has been Say Cheeses of Sussex speciality for more than twenty years, but they do not disdain cheeses from the rest of the world and offer the best examples to a discerning audience.

To compliment these delicacies there will be a fantastic
selection of wines to sample.

You can also find Say Cheeses of Sussex on the third Saturday of each month at the Fairtrade and Farmers' Market at Friends Meeting House, ship Street, Brighton.
