Laetitia De Chazal

Afrikaans speaking, south-African born Laetitia De Chazal trained as catwalk and modeling consultant in South Africa prior to moving
to the island of Mauritius where she started silk painting in 1987.

Now based in the Uk, Laetitia has learned the ancient art of marbling (which is the floating of colours on carraggeenan moss to
produce a single and unique print) and acrylic painting on canvas.
By combining these two techniques, she can produce absolutely unique abstract paintings which are impossible to copy even using the same techniques.

All laetitia's works are originals with no prints or copies made. Each piece is hand signed and marked with blood for a DNA signature
against fraud.

Laetitia's work has been exhibited in South Africa and Mauritius, London, Brighton and New York. Paintings can also be viewed and
obtained directly from her website: www.laetitia-dechazal.co.uk

Del Querns

Del Querns is a screenprint maker based in Bexhill-on-Sea, East Sussex. His prints, based on his photographs taken in America, are a sensual celebration of colour and are inspired by Pop Art.

Del's images are produced using traditional silk screen techniques and they will be on display at our Old Steyne Building.
