More Than Just Office Space

• Location

We have three sites all no more than 200 metres from the seafront. Our Friese-Greene and 68 buildings are based in Middle Street within the south lanes area giving easy access to a range of top Brighton bars, pubs and restaurants. We are also within 8 minutes walk of the city centre shops, the Royal Pavilion Gardens and Brighton train station.

Our Old Steine site is just the other side of the south lanes, 15 minutes from the city centre shops and train station. It overlooks Brighton's picturesque Old Steine and is 3 minutes walk from the Royal Pavilion Gardens. All three sites are also in close proximity to Brighton's main theatres, museums and cinema.

• Garden

As summer hits our clients get the full use of the rarest of city centre work place pleasures, the peaceful and secluded garden space. Enjoy lunch breaks in the sun, have relaxed meetings in peaceful surroundings or meet other likeminded business people at our networking or BBQ events.

• Onsite Tech and Maintenance Team

Unlike a lease we take care of all maintenance issues with the buildings meaning you don't need to worry about little details like changing light bulbs. There is also no waiting around for a skilled professional to put up shelves or fit desks together as for a small charge our on site skilled professionals will come and do it for you.

Not only this but our tech manager will help you set up and is available for tech support services. No fuss over the phone and no long waits for engineers, we make the whole process easier for you.

• Customise Your Suite

We also offer a suite customisation service. It may cost a bit extra but you get the chance to have your suite just the way you want it, just as The Naked gene Juggler's (see picture right) whose office overlooks the fountain at the Old Steine.

• Parking

Currently available are 2 parking spaces at our Old Steine site. Yes, you read that right, parking space available in Brighton city centre. But grab them quick as they won't be here for long! Especially as our parking bays are more than £100 cheaper than the nearest commercial parking space.

• Manned Receptions

We have staff on site at both our Friese-Greene and Old Steyne buildings so any queries that need answering or assistance required you can just give us a call, e-mail or pop down to the reception desk.

• Facilities

Conference suites? We've got them. Meeting rooms? We've got them. Interview rooms? We've got them as well. We have a range of creativity inpiring space for a range of events, all with great reductions for clients and with regular offers. not only this but we also have a gallery, photographic studio and green screen giving the media centre a base of creativity you just wont find in your typical corporate office centre.

• Networking

We have regular Networking Events that not only give you a chance to meet other creatives and business people working in the Media Centre and other local companies but also to check out our facilities, enjoy an informative talk that could help your business and have a couple of glasses of wine and some nibbles on the BMC. It's also a great chance to meet members of our team so we can help you even more.
